Day Before Departure

I have decided to go on this trip because I have always loved Europe and would not miss an opportunity to explore European cities. I was particularly fascinated with this trip because we will be spending time in Germany, and I have always tried to embrace my German heritage. I am looking forward to practicing my German.

I don't have many specific expectations for this trip; mainly because I have never before been to any of these countries. However, I hope to learn a little about the language and culture of each country.

I am most looking forward to seeing Vienna. This is a city that I have always wanted to visit and I am now for the first time getting the opportunity. As a classical violinist, I am excited to see the "music capital of the world," which was once home to such famous composers as Mozart, Brahms, Haydn, Beethoven, and Strauss.

I am going to be on the plane in less than 24 hours!
